Looking for Chinese language partner (lady)

Hi,
I'm seriously learning Chinese Mandarin. Looking for serious language partner to practice speaking Chinese. Preferably, local Chinese because China chinese is too advanced But if serious to learn, China citizen also ok.

I am fluent in English and Malay, both in speaking and writing. I used to teach English and Math to China students in Singapore as well for years.
