Noted on orders. Yes there is additional less 40% for dreamy print and party time print. Artist in residence bags designs usually consist of all metal hardware (as also indicated in the product's description) instead of plastic per the classic collections and thus are heavier in weight. Shipping depends on items ordered per batch and how merchant packs the items for shipping. You may refer to previous batches as a guide to intl shipping.
