JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities:
-Proven work experience as a Customer Service or Sales support coordinator
-Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
-Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel -understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
-Good communication skills with Analytical and multitasking skills -ability to work independently and as a team
Requirements:
• Diploma ( with 2 years experinces ) / fresh graduated
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese Associates)
