Congrats! Girls or boys, they are our own flesh and blood. We are blessed to be able to have babies. Many would love to be in your shoes.

Most importantly is that they are healthy.

I find that steam sterilizer is very useful especially at nite when you really zzz. Just turn on the switch and walk away.

hmmm..i hv having slight cough..and when i cough..tummy will feel abit pain...anyone here know if its alright? i try to cough as lightly...bt smtimes it just comes out..cannot control....
 
skies it's nice to have 2 princesses! Bb girls clothes are so nice and lot of variety, u will have fun shopping and dressing them up.

I always want a princess too, even had a name but now preggy, princess or prince doesn't matter just want he bb to be healthy and happy. =)

I'm having Pedi now. Later trim hair, tomorrow morning facial. So bored at home lo.

Bubbybear, ur co is good to give 3 months mat leave. My friend at Sydney only 1 mnth le n another month must be unpaid.

Skies, girl or boy is the same la. My hubby also only boy in the family. ;) but he loves girl. N he was so happy that we are having a gal. He wants our gal to be as cute as me wor ha ha..
My pil also said they are happy regardless the gender especially after what we've been through. My sils are too elated that I carry a gal so that they can doll her up ha ha..

Me already xian liao. My hairdresser still tell me must dress up. I told him that i am so tired. Just want to stay at home and sleep. And i can't move/walk too much now.

i oso cough until hv discharge..not very hard..bt just sudden need to cough ..cannot control..throat itchy..

i just sms the nurse..she says won't affect babies... ask me to take warm honey lemon water.

Same lor. My PIL knew wat we went through so they prob dont mind d gender afterall they own grandchildren.

Can we do pedi when we pregnant now?? I ve been trying to avoid doing pedi (even I dont do often b4 pregnant). But smtimes c d toe nails v sian. hahaha

Soemtimes I also cough v hard. When I was having MS, I puke until I feel a pain in d stomach. Was worried tt time but d bbs are fine.

I use your MIL method. I don't use sterilizer too, right from the day my #1 was born..haha. But I think if babies are premature than safer to have sterilizer cos, their gut is not so strong.

My friend do pedi frequently when preggy and baby is fine. Depends on individual but I think if want to do, do in 3rd trimester, by then everything developed already.

Yah. I consider myself lucky already to have 3 mths. There are always someone else worst of than ourselves.
 
skies, who will be taking care of ur bb after ur confinement? if urself, then may be good to get it if u find it more convenient and easy. also, if u r thinking of expressing bm and freeze them, maybe better to sterilise the btls.. that's what i feel la

My PIL will b taking of them. I juz feel maybe it is more convenient to use sterilizer. But maybe they think otherwise.

I'm very restless when do nothing lo. At home I will find this n that to clean. Jus cleaned bathroom cabinet with my maid ;)
next will be my documents cabinets. Very bored le.
Sleep till body ache.

I will purposely find the time when the Pedi place only me alone as customer. So no one will use the nail polish n I won't smell it. Same with salon. I will go on the quiet time.
I don't use nail polish. Only scrub, massage n trim ;) so yeah I back to do Pedi when I was in 6 months as I can't trim my toe nails myself anymore.

Cough n sneeze won't affect baby la. ;)
I think when we puking hard from the gut even worst right? But if that's how God design our body to react, it won't be harmful to baby lo ;)

enjoy the pregnancy, don't think too much ;)
 
Vi, me! Hahaha... Tght u popped liao. Not bad, u r making gd use of ur time. Me just packed some bb purchase over e weekend. Then wanna leave e rest to other weekends. Hahahahah.

Me 28 wks only. But feeling the strain liao. Even bathing i raise my legs to put soap can feel the tummy pulling. I can't really bend down too much now.

I told my hbby maybe because I haven't finish the bb blankie yet that's why she refused to come out ha ha..

btw, does ur maid cook? Get her to cook nutritious food for you. You've got ur herbs ready for confinement? Or MIL getting it?

For my confinement herb, my mil will settle for me. I don't care lo.
 
I bought 1 nice bb blankie at the fair n talked to baby to use that first n mommy promise to finish that knitted blankie before her 1st bday... Hubby laughed till tummy pain ha ha..
Because I make a big one lo..

On your feet, once u get to dry e feet, u can sit down, propped up your leg one by one and wipe w towel lor.
 
Vi, when I was a teenager, my mum promised she will make me a dress/skirt. I teased her from then till now, that that has remained a promise unfulfilled! Hahaha. Think you'd better not let bb hear you, or better get to it now. Else, all forum ladies will remind u on ur bb's 1st bday! Hahahaha

Thanks for responding to my question, so... that means I will have to meet up my gynae and inform him that I am planning to change then he will gave the letter OR I just need to call and inform the nurse and collect the letter.
 
Moonsky, I did my ivf at Nuh, when I told prof wong that I'm switching to TMC no letter or history given to me.

dun be sad.... If can have the best of both worlds that's the best but we can't choose n I believe it's fate that bring our babies to us... Really now if u take a look when u r out, most of the time u see mummies n daughters together even when daughters are into adulthood whether in restaurants or shopping. But one thing is u r definitely in big big trouble cos u will go crazy buying stuff for ur gals... hehehe I have one n I already can't help myself esp with so many sprees going on online now plus overseas currencies r weak now.

I always wanted a boy n a gal... I thot I can have my gal to do gals things with me and son to do guys things with daddy... think I watch too many movies liao hahaha but now that we have our gal, my hubby is more than happy n he doesn't seem to be missing out in any way.

I have been tired since the pregnancy started. 2nd trimester slightly better but now tired again. Anyway, no harm sleeping alot hor..

Aussino got bumper set (2-piece). Right now is $19.95 cos of GSS.

How come PC wong never give you letter for new gynae? He seems a bit disappointed when i told him i need to switch cos I prefer to be able to call my gynae all the time compared to hospital system which takes a while to contact the gynae. Anyway, he ask me who i am seeing and i told him so he seems ok with it.

I went by Aussino at Jurong pt but they ran out of cot fitted sheet cos of GSS. I think it's should be below $20. Now have to look around for other source. I was hoping for nice soft cotton.
If you find some in Aussino, can let me know? Preferably neutral colors or boyish colors.

KP got the babysafe brand which seems quite soft but ex loh. Cheeky bon bon has too but dunno material nice or not.

Have you bought any baby stuff so far? Know the genders of your babies already? You are expecting twins if I'm not wrong?
 


Is it necessary to get the lattex mattress for babies? The cots I saw so far usually come with normal mattress which my hb and I think are too soft for babies. May not be good for the development of spinal cord. Any advice?
