I read somewhere in e forum that if u take extra viramins,yr body will expel out e extra.I have a question on folic acid. Now that I'm picking up my supplements again, I'm eating vitamin b which contains folic as well at 400mcg. My question is, do I still take a separate folic ( you know those yellow ones?) that's like 5mg kind ? Is it too much or no?
