Cos i did my BT at polyclinic...then i was told to do a trending..to see if level drops or increases...later the level dropped..so nvr go for any support..

Thank you gal. ET was on 5 may and 7 may hcg showed positive due to pregnyl. 2 days later I tested and it was out of body system. 7dp3dt I walked into kkivf to request for e2 and p4 test n results looked fine so tested using a opk 7dp3dt nite and it showed smiley. So 8dp3dt I did early morning test on clearblue n it read pregnant. I cud not believe. Since then I daily tested n results remained. Worry is still there but am happy and thank god for blessing me with this miracle.

Sisters please never never lose hope and faith. Trust and believe in God and take care of self. Blessings are on the way.

Hcg 306 gal. Remember. Be always positive. Exactly 3-6 days past transfer I had cramps and alot of bubble movement in tummy. My symptoms more or less like deardyan. Nothing much.

I really dont knw whether this sounds silly but I took one kiwi each day since et after reading an article it made a lady conceive after 10 yrs. Things I took during tww are
1 kiwi each day
1 avocado on alternate days
2 immunocal a day
1 cup ensure milk daily
Chicken essence daily
4 brazil nuts a day
3 durians a day
3 walnuts a day
4 almonds a day
Pumpkin n sunflower seeds
Folic acid
3 egg whites a day
 
Though the news on my et day was devastating that out 16 only 2 good grades I didnt let this bother me and always believed these are my babies. Daily spoke to them prayed for them. I have severe endo adeno cysts n fibroids. Tho pregnancy achieved my womb is not in optimal condition. I pray god will grant my darlings a good home in my womb.

Prior to my first ivf me n hubby were suspected of thalessemia and that news devastated us. Thank god after detail test I was cleared. I encountered many challenges in this journey. Thank god thank hubby and thank u sisters for all the support during my challenging times.

Do you feel hot in temp in the or just normal temp? Opk able to show results 8 days past 3dt?
I am feeling not hot and getting despair..as I heard temp need to be high for conception to happen. .

Connie I didnt really monitor temp..I did sweat alot day and nite during tww ..it was heaty but I didnt feel hot. Ever since I started tcm gradually my body became warmer. No more cold feet n fingers. Mite be the herbs I think. Tummy also always felt warm
Yes the clearblue opk showed smiley face 8dp3dt.
 
And spreading loads of babydusts to u connie. When is bt?? Dont worry not all symptoms apply to all. Infact I was almost symptom free. No sore boobs... drench in sweat and nite n day time if home same. Every hour change clothes
 
Thank you mesara, it's next week.. hoping for e best as I do not have frozen embries left..though I feel there is some movement inside e tummy n af cramps but start to worry liao as till date I dun feel my temp is high. I stop measure thermometer too.
 
Have 14 eggs,9 fertilised,7 didn't make it to day 3 due to poor sperm quality, just hope everything remaining 2 inside me can sustain..grabbing baby dusts..

NUH is putting me on Duphaston as well after BFP. So no worries!

Well it is true that kkh don't give strong support. I think they are more pro - natural. Hoping to kick start our body to take care of the pregnancy. I had a couple of bleeding incidents. Like full gush of blood, totally soaking liner. Kkh also won't give me proluton jab. Just normal progesterone jab. But the bleeding did stopped :) and they won't give regular jabs. Only give when u bleed.

My only comfort is that they trying to reduce the extent and amount of drugs in our body. Proluton jab is quite strong and may have side effects. Could be best for beanie and our bodies if we can rely less on medicine.

True to a certain extent, it's good if we rely less on medicines. But we all went through such a long & tough journey trying to conceive one.
i can't even conceive naturally now since i removed both tubes so i would feel more comfortable knowing i can up my chances to make sure i can support the baby. :(

i don't know how i'll handle it if i get a full gush of blood though!
i got so panicky the other day when i found out i was spotting brown bloods. But after some reading, i found out that it could be because i was poking the progesterone insert up too high my cervix. So i stopped shoving it high and it stopped. Phew.

Congrats! Wao.... Cant imaging stomach can insert so many things. I am having the 1 egg white a day. Look like i need to increase my egg white intake. I am start to drink the chicken essence today. Today is my day 4... Thx for recipe. :)

Thanks for the advise babe..really happy for u..actually,I have mild cramping now and also the bubbly feeling in the tummy..hope it's for good..have been taking kiwi two days once,chicken essences daily,3 Brazil nuts daily and ensure milk on alternate days..didn't consume durian as body is feeling very heaty..BT is on 28th..praying for the best..
 
My tcm acu tummy n back similar to dr zou. But the herbs he brew and packed for u. Just warm up n drink for like 10 days per time. But he does not believe acu after er. So I stop acu after et.

Tsf The nurse said 3 weeks. I will go to dr loh meanwhile. Think suppression was good la no af or ovulation pain n straight start stim n cycle. Jiayou gal. This will be the cycle for u.
 
Sisters I really need help. Tww I took many things but I really no clue why I took them. Just follow ppl. Now I need advise which can be discontinued. Pls help if u can.. thanks!!

Hi @mesara

After i BFP, i only continue the following:
- Milk. Im taking Anmum Materna
- Folic Acid
- Kiwi every alternate days. Because u might have constipation soon.

Please don't take anymore durians cos when you're pregnant, you're body is very heaty and warm already.
Taking durians will make it more heaty and make u more prone to cough & sore throat.

Chicken essence maybe once a week can.

Egg whites no need to take. If you wanna take, make sure it's fully cooked.
No more half boiled eggs ok! cos might have bacteria.

I still snack on nuts like almonds and walnuts. But not brazil nuts cos it's too heaty as well.

i also stop on my immunocal already. Basically i just made sure i eat fully-cooked food all the time.
 

Mesara: my doc says just eat well. Lots of fresh veg, juices are great, fresh meat, and eat normally. Just avoid food you dont usually eat. Continue folic. The mummy milk is actually not necessary if your diet is balanced. All supplements are to balance out any deficiencies in nutrient - if can get fresh much better.
