Anamika, prob best just wait for BT. If POAS shows negative then just wait to see next few days. Hoping for a miracle for you.
 
Mesara yes I just walked in and pressed number 3. I was thinking no way anyone can reject me right, although my scheduled BT is much later. I'm bleeding hello. And also luckily I met one of the nurses there whom we have already recognised each other. She came to me and I told her what happened. She was concerned and asked me how long the spotting has been and what's the color etc. She asked me to go ahead with the BT. I also dropped by the sperm centre to collect my remaining embie report. I know I'm early but I was thinking by now the report should be ready. The nurse went through the report with me. She is very encouraging. I told her it's my first ivf. She shared I can consider trying again because I have many eggs. Many ladies of my age have lesser eggs and some even ended up no embies to transfer, she said. I do think it's very painful to go through so much but ends up zero embies.

So I believe for your case you can just walk in too. Don't need to call to change your supposedly scheduled BT date.

Hi animika, w hosp u from? I was w nuh, for my 2 bfp cycles, I had staining on d10, nurse told me to go down for bt, dr started add'l progesterone support straightaway. First cycle blighted ovum, 2nd one carried to full term

Can I say there's no pt bbting as the progesterone support elevates your temps regardless.

Just keep away your thermometer. you will feel less stressed. Stress is no no during 2ww :)
 
Mesara maybe call kkivf find out what time they close. I'm sure they can do BT anytime in that frame.

I've been very lucky with drawing blood. One hit that's it. But not today. 3rd jab then hit the correct vein :( All these while my blood drawing is by the same nurse. She said my vein today is very tiny!
 
today is only 4dp2dt and i am already having mild discomfort at lower abdomen..feels like mild cramps/tightness....hope its not a bad news....:(

Kkivf closes at 430pm. It should be ok to walk in before 4pm. But u poss won't get results today if u go in the afternoon. I believe they will call u tmr morn.
 
Thats good le nuh give support early early. Do anything n everything to save the pregnancy rather than let it go. U knw when I was doing one of my bt in kkh I heard the nurses talking n one said all bt for today out none bfp so no need to call fast fast. End of day can. In my heart I was thinking I wud be so anxious to knw my results n here I am waiting eagerly n there they take it so easy. Haizzzz

Now not spotting dear. yesterday night and today morning very light bleeding but reddish colour. Then until now I can't see anything
 
i'm a NUH patient and even though my beta is high at 508, NUH still give support jab.
I'm having Proluton jab in my butt twice weekly. This will goon for two weeks so total 4 jabs. I asked the doctor why i need it cos my friend who went for IVF at KKH does not receive any. He mentioned it's because early pregnancy for IVF is still 'artificial' pregnancy. Our body is not doing enough to support the pregnancy because it is currently not engineered to. Hence the need for all the additional support.

I also wonder why KKH take so long to do BT test.
My friend who did the same ET as me, had her BT done on 18dp3dt.
While i did mine 13dp3dt and i find that very crucial cos the earlier they find out abt the pregnancy, the earlier they can give whatever support is needed especially for those with lower beta.

The same girl is also only going for her 1st Ultrasound at her 9th week to see the baby.
While i'm going for mine next week, when i'm 6th week.
Already as it is, i'm paranoid as each day goes by, wondering if the baby is still there. Lol

not saying KKH is not good and NUH is good but i find both hospital differs in protocol and KKH seems to take longer time to do stuff than NUH.
 
I don't know yet about any other thing . But I find the waiting time is quite short compare to KKH and nurses there are very friendly and cute :). I'm comfortable even 1st time seeing them.

Will be seeing Dr with an open mind on 30may. I just hope everyone also don't give up on natural trying in meantime. We'll never know!
 
Well it is true that kkh don't give strong support. I think they are more pro - natural. Hoping to kick start our body to take care of the pregnancy. I had a couple of bleeding incidents. Like full gush of blood, totally soaking liner. Kkh also won't give me proluton jab. Just normal progesterone jab. But the bleeding did stopped :) and they won't give regular jabs. Only give when u bleed.

My only comfort is that they trying to reduce the extent and amount of drugs in our body. Proluton jab is quite strong and may have side effects. Could be best for beanie and our bodies if we can rely less on medicine.

hi redvel..juz to share,i had full bleeding on 11dp2dt the previous cycle..went for a BT and my HCG was at 3.6...Negative..i tot everything was over..but one week later i was bleeding again..went for another BT and the level was 156...but sadly it ended in chemical pregnancy....what was ur level in HCG?
 
Hugz redvel. Rest well put things behind and move on. This journey is tough challenging n emotional for us.

Anyway I managed to escape and did my bt liao. Rest is God's will.
 
Santhiya when hcg 156 cant they give progesterone support to save beanie??.

Deardyan what is the support meds u taking now. Think kk give duphaston
I took them to induce menses and am worried wat if bfp n kenna tat tablets.

Mesara yeah over here the emo management part is ok for me and hubby. We have prepared for the worst.

The ivf price list does state blood test is not covered by any funding. I didn't make any payment just now. But i believe will be shown in final bill sent to me. Did you have to pay just now?
 
Hi everyone,

I had failed 3 fresh IVF cycles with no frozen embryos for the 1st 2 cycles. I have 3 frozen embryos in my last fresh cycle and I will be going for my FET cycle in June. Can someone please advise me how does FET works? I have no idea with FET at all.
Also will it be possible that the frozen embryos do not thaw well during the thawing process?
