Measure my weight this morning... Imaging I am keep lost my weight since ET.. No oily and spicy food... Really reduce a lot of fat intake.
 
The list of advice for post ET from TMC looks more in depth. For kkh, there's a list too. Mainly to stress no need bed rest. Can do everything as norm except strenuous ones.

I agree don't need bed rest for the entire time. I find the HL break is good to take the work stress factor away (I mean if you have a stressful working environment). Stress is no good for 2ww.

And good luck to Mothergoose and babysparkles. I hope you may come back to spread good news.

i am direct from TFC. they didn't provide me any MC/ HL. and i also forget to ask. until now read all of you just know.

Miaoling HL is hospitalisation leave. So far your ER and ET you're given mc only right? HL starts from the day of the ER for 19 days. The nurse did ask me do I need HL on the day of my ER. I said yes of course. Yeah do call your hospital. Shouldn't be too late to ask for one.
 
Redvel why dont u poas or o&g to check. Spottong not game over until bt. Your progesterone maybe low n u need jab support. Can save the little beanie. Pls action rather then wait n see.
 
hi its mi again..thanks for sharing the different reasons used for HL..i havnt decided which options to go for yet (annual leave or HL)!

i just went for my 1st scan on CD3 and instruction is to jab 185unit of gonal-F for 7 days, from CD 7onwards gotta add 1 more jab to prevent ovulation n tat is for 4days...2nd scan is on CD10.

im abit surprised i onli need to go for 2nd scan after 1wk...assuming the ER is on CD 14, means i only left with 4days from 2nd scan so i dont really need to take that many time-off before the HL...is this normal?

also, i check with nurse if i need to take note of my diet like start eating egg white or drink lotsa water...she said no need...so when is the time we shld start eating egg white? cos i read fr this page that many sisters here r eating egg white?

Western medicine does not encourage or discourage food types so KKH will not provide guidance on foods like egg whites, chicken essences, etc.
Your lining needs time to grow, hence scan 1 week later. After second scan you may be going back to kkivf every day or 2 days to scan until the day of trigger jab.
 
Today I am just 8dp5dt. Like 13dpo. Usually by now I spot then next day blood will flow.

My BT is next Tue. I have a feeling it's my af coming but yet it's my first ivf so i don't know what to expect.

I've just called kkivf. No one picked up. Will call again.

Hi, for my case. TFC is giving instruction that after ER, having 8 egg white on second day to up the protein. only one day for 8 egg white.. now i try to have the egg white daily to increase the protein.

Actually u need to start to eat at least 4 egg whites per day during ur stimulation period. It's advised by TCM drs. Egg whites have lotsa proteins. Ur eggs need proteins to grow. After ET, u can reduce to 1-2 egg whites per day. Ur embryos also need proteins to grow.

Try to drink red dates wolf berries tea. This helps to keep ur womb warm. More conducive for conceiving.

Just go to KKH O&G now and see what e dr says.
 
Not sure other hospital procedure. This is the advice from TFC after ER. For your all reference

Cordyceps should be safe. Good for beanie. My tcm gives me Cordyceps in my medicine. I got to pay extra for this herb cos.not cheap.

Think they just disintegrate. My first cycle fail n no menses I had to induce
 
Baby sparkles stay strong and try again. Your turn will come. The embryo usually disintegrate and will like normal menses flow out after some days. Some may need medication to induce I think depend on own body. Do take care and prep your body for next round soon. Jiayou!

Yes. Baby sparkles don't lose hope and continue the journey till you see victory. Actually from what I see, there are definitely more Bfn than Bfp. I have made up my mind to take a break for one month and lose some excess weight and get back my fitness level. I hope it helps. Then with a more better prepared mindset, I hope to see miracles!

Stay strong baby sparkles. Keep fighting and keep your hopes high till you see victory. Unfortunately there are more Bfn stories than Bfp so we don't have to feel too down. I will take a break for one month and focus on losing excess weight and improving my fitness level and be better prepared for the next iui. My urine test is next wed. I have kept mixed feelings but deep down, I know my chances are slim cause I fell sick during the 2ww and getting well was all I wanted. No mood to think of the symptoms. Enough said, I will be back on wed. Cheers!

Hi ladies, I have very light bleeding from yesterday night. Today morning I tested on strip and it's only one line. Now wat can i do ladies? Shall I go to hospital and take BT? Today is d9p3dt.

Mesara I guess I went ahead of you :) me at kkh now. Just got my blood drawn. I know it's af...I need to know the BT result soon so I can stop the inserts and get it over and done with. I have zero frosties. Will discuss with my other half what's our next plan.
