sharing this info too, for sistas worried about lining. The red bean soup recommended here really works for me. During my stimm, my lining jumped from 8 to 9.6 in just 1 day when i had two rice bowls of red bean soup (ate beans and drank soup). Then when i stopped, my lining only grew from 9.6 to 10.6 over 2 days.
