Jiayou! If its confirmed pregnancy, so long as support comes in early, u are in safe hands! U seeing TSB too? She is very good in helping to stop the spotting.... I knew someone who kept spotting and my gynae can't help much ... Ends up referring to TSB and she resolved it with her prescription

Chris
Lots of love and hugz.... U been a major inspiration to all of us here so hope to see u back in action soon!!

Thanks ladies.. Got the call from kkh.. Was told to continue the inserts and the oral med they just gave me.. Blood test was nehative but she says cos its very early so it's not conclusive.. I really hope so.. Back for blood test on OTD which is this Saturday...

Babysteps: ya ya, so long as no full red and no blood clots, then it's fine.

<how>

Now that you understand what both are, let's talk about how you can tell them apart. Implantation bleeding will generally occur 6-12 days after intercourse or ovulation so pay attention to when your period should be and when this mysterious bleeding occurs. If your experiencing bleeding when you shouldn't be this could be a sign of implantation bleeding.

Implantation blood is usually darker than your average menstrual blood being closer to brown than red. In most cases implantation bleeding is also lighter, and shorter in duration than your regular cycle, unless of course you don't normally have one. It may appear simply as spotting or even be just the faintest pink showing up on toilet paper when you use the bathroom.

bubbub: any movement on your end as yet? my itchy hands did a hpt again on 10dp3dt, still bfn. i am going to be a POAS addict like those ang mohs.

positivecalm
are you laying down when you insert or standing? Inserts helps on building the lining thus maybe it's getting more difficult in inserting now..is there an applicator in helping? i found out that when i stand and prop one leg up on the closed toilet seat and in an angle it's a tad easier. try it..

Baby steps, if pink still OK. Dun panic. Hcg too early to be detected ESP if it's Singleton. U monitor maybe tmr no more spotting

Chris hugs. Hope u are fine

chris
*hugs* have you any frosties left? Cos can try for FET..meanwhile try naturally..jiayou!

i personally think your boss is very selfish..life is not all about work. we still hv our own personal lives and duties to attend to. so my opinion, just do what your hubbby and yourself think of is right.

chrisl, I lay down on the bed with my legs wide open. later I will try to stand and prop one leg for my 3rd insert of the day.. thanks for u tips.. ☺

chris (reddesk) - hugz hugz .....we jia you together.

Babysteps relax and take it easy. Bfp on Sat.

Chris - hugs hugs sister. When is ur rv with Prof?

To other sisters - my hcg has doubled so baby is still fighting to keep sticking on. Thank you all for ur encouragement the last few days.

Babysteps - u r still early n ur baby likely to b implanting only now that's why hcg can't b detected yet. Once fully inplanted only then d hcg can b detected 2 days later. Pls stay calm for baby's sake. No heavy lifting/ stand too long.

Summer

Gigi
Your boss single? If married no kids?

Who are next in line for BT? My BT is on 1st April....what a joke!

Positive/lainelaine/ladybuggy/dreambear/bubbub/bluenosebear/sunstillshines/lin/chrisL/asiafighter:

Thanks you for your encouragement and kind words. I actually knew its likely bfn last week and sat was really the hardest day for me. Honestly, it was not easy especially knowing its bfn yet have to continue the inserts until BT. But I am ok now.

Well, it's a 100% or 0% right so already know this so life still goes on. Technology/medical science is God's grace for me at this time and I am thankful that I didnt let go any chance to give it a go. Having failed, I know there is something else better in store for me and hubby. It's not an end, it's a beginning of something else more exciting

As it goes "when the tough comes, the tough gets it going... And whatever does not gets the tough, makes it tougher"..
"A fear of failure should never be chosen over the hope of success".. Success can be spelled in other areas; one can get down trying to keep reaching for the unreachable or through trying find success in directing this new strength in a new area. It will take a shift in mindset.

I have a different success story; one that is able to defeat failure and share hope - an overcomer

Rest well and look forward to your scan..

Chris (Reddesk) - i kwn how you feel. Going thru IVF journey is also not a easy one for me. But we will fight and ask for God's grace every day. I also believe in God's timing and one day we shall surely have a kid of our own. i kwn we are still human and mind will run wild and think all sort of negative thoughts. I remember in the scripture - sarah 90 years old still give birth to a child and that was my support scripture till today leh.

So, Stay strong and keep fighting.

Chris, I'm so sorry to hear abt your BT, you r one strong lady, n I'm truly inspired by your strength n positivity. Have a good rest, n we will come back fighting stronger the next round. I came across this poem on another thread, n I will like to share it with you:

There are women that become mothers without effort, without thought, without patience or loss and though they are good mothers and loved their children, I know I will be better.

I will be better not because of genetics or money or that I have read more books, but because I have struggled and toiled for this child. I have longed and waited. I have cried and I prayed. I have endured and planned over and over again.

Like most things in life, the people who truly have appreciation are those who have struggled to attain their dreams. I will notice everything about my child. I will take time to watch my child sleep, explore and discover, I will marvel at this miracle everyday for the rest of my life.

I will be happy when I wake in the middle of the night to the sound of my child, knowing that I can comfort, hold, and feed him and that I am not waking to take another tempuerature, pop another pill, take another shot, or cry tears of a broken dream. My dream will be crying for me!

I count myself lucky in a sense; that God has given me this insight, this special vision with which I will look upon my child that my friends will not see.

Whether I parent a child I actually give birth to or a child God leads me to, I will not be careless with my love.

I will be a better mother for all that I have endured. I am a better wife, a better aunt, a better daughter, neighbor, a friends and a sister because I have known pain.

And when others hurt around me I do not run from their pain in order to save myself ddiscomfort. I see it, mourn it, and join them in theirs. I listen. And even though I cannot make it better, I can make it less lonely.

Yes, we are wonderful people…but we will be even better mothers!

Congrats to Kum Yin, n jia you to all the rest!

Congrats kum yin! Baby dusts!
Hazelnut, well said, when would it be my turn for dream to cry for me instead of me crying over broken dreams?
Bubbub, me lo, my BT also on 1 April.
Chris, care to share why u knew you bfn on last sat?

Kum yin

Bubbub!! Ya la! I tot already said many times my bt is on April fool day~~any symptoms so far except for itchy skin? Me zilch except for a slight bloated tummy, that's all.

Bubbub n summer, I'm not far behind, my BT is on 3 Apr. Not getting my hopes up though, so I already made an appt w Prof Wong on 12 Apr for my 2nd fresh cycle. I still have 2 frozen embbies with Raffles but since they r not exactly of top quality, plus each natural FET will cost me 4K cash there, I figured I might as well just do a fresh cycle at NUH.

Positive, I know, ultimately, they r my pre-babies n I feel bad if I have to leave them behind also. Well, I'm seeing my doc on 3 Apr to review my BT test result, I will ask her how much it will cost if they thaw the embbies n they don't make it n I have to cancel my ET. If its only like 2K, then I will probably go ahead n do it. If its still close to 4K, ya I guess I have to explore the option of transferring the embbies to NUH.

Ya positive, I'm learning from all the brave sisters here not to give up n fight all the way, like wat my precious embbie is doing tonight. Hope they will grow well by tmr.

Kum Yin - Congrats! Grabbing baby dust from you! =)

Chris - Sorry to hear abt your BFN buddy.. Happy to see u are taking it positively.. I hope i can do the same when they finally tell me it's over this Saturday..

I'm trying to be positive but have to be realisticly positive.. Hold some hope to see a positive beta this Sat cos of late implanters but am also prepared its going to be over...

Can only wait and see..

Jiayou to the rest of the ladies!
