Yes, I am under Dr Matthew Lau, I am surprised that he did my ET within like 5mins.

Niko and bigbear i was also long protocol with puregon for my 1st 2 fresh cycles..1st cycle was not too good response with 225mg no good eggs to freeze+slight ohss, then came 2nd round, reduced to 200mg and surprisingly yielded more eggs and surplus good 4 to freeze. I supposed it's how each one's body react to the medications..

Admitted as I insist. Bleeding quiet a lot.
Dr do the scan and 1 embbie is weak the other 1 is ok.
I had cramps on off also so dunno yet how but maybe it due to my low progrestrone level. I had for progrestrone jab and was given hopefully it can stop the bleeding.
I love both of my embbies.

That was scary.. Take good care shainie.. Can fully understand the fear n anxiety.. Good that they hv given u a jab n good to be admitted (u know u will be in professional care). Take good care n try to rest well.. Jia u to the 2 embbies n to u too!

Cool..I am checking on my fren's behalf on SGH's Q. She wants to start early and KK already Q till Aug.. wanna know how much faster SGH will be. She had not gone for her first consultation yet.. so want to check first. thanks for helping to check.
 
Shainie, bedrest well and try to stay positive. Will pray for you. Remember all your current supports as well and try not to get up to use toilet. Ask them give you bedpan.

Last time i was admitted for bleeding, i also had bedpan and my bed was even marked CRIB - complete rest in bed. I thought was kua zhang but it does make sense to minimize movements.
 
Shainie, what they gave you today is progesterone or proluton jab? If progesterone, you may want to ask them to give you again tomorrow. And moving forward as you prone to spotting, you may want to consider daily progesterone jabs to keep the level consistent. Will be troublesome as need to go GP daily to jab but its the best support. Think about it. I am also on daily jab but will be taking my last jab tomorrow.

Heartbeats the progrestrone jab did not stop tge bleeding. A lot of blood clots come out. Dr at O&G ask me whether to stay or going back. She should ask me to stay insist of ask ne to choose. I told her I better stay than regret or feel sorry. My cramps is painfull.
 
Heartbeats the Dr said the proluton only for pregnancy above 12 wks. I did insist for it but she refuse. Sometimes hard to talk to KKH Dr @ 24hrs
 
Shainie, please "complete in bed rest" in hospital. Ask for bed pan if necessary and also minimize your movement. Press call bell if you need anything. Will pray for you and your embbies.
 
Shainie, tell them to send for Dr Tan tomorrow. And what rubbish, proluton is not just for above 12 weeks. When i was spotting last time at 5 weeks, Dr Loh ordered proluton. I jabbed it too late, bled too much already.
 
Shainie: ask for Ur IVF dr Tmr and check whether need to up Ur support. Rest rest rest in bed. Even discharge as rest in bed. As them to wheel u ard. Don't walk. Talk to Ur baobei. They can feel n hear u.
 
And yes you should be admitted which i am glad you are now. When i was bleeding away, the dr at 24hours asked me to admit. Partly scared i lost too much blood. I had my BHCG BT taken while admitted too, just to see whether things going which way.

The only way to stop bleeding is really complete bed rest. Lie and lie and lie on bed. Seriously. Wat ward u staying? It must be B2 or A ward, then ur gynae will come. Please take care. Apart from peeing , all u have to do it lie on the bed. I spotted up till week14, the feeling is no joke. Only lying on bed can stop the bleeding. Take care
 
Shainie do take care of urself n hav plenty of rest. Please hav ful bedrest. Remain positive ya. I do feel u. Hope everything wil b fine til ur Dr comes.
 
 Niko Michi, my first cycle on long protocol using Puregon at stimulation stage (can't remember the dosage) retrieved 7 follicles but only 4 eggs fertilized at grade 4. 2nd cycle on short protocol also using Puregon at 300 units, retrived 5 follicles, only 3 fertilized. At D2 is grade 4 but drop to grade 3 at D3. Did a D3 transferred. The balance including the thaw ones were discarded as quality drop. I got no more frozen embbies. Wish u success in your coming cycle.

Shainie, hope things r better now n spotting stops. Rest well n dnt walk ard. Insist to c yr doctor tmr n ask for the nec meds to help. Just insist on it. We will all pray for u and your embbies. Jia yo gal.
 
Hi ladies,
I pass a lots of small blood clots yesterday. I still bleed. Ultrasound will be done later on. This journey to become a mum is really a rollercoaster. So far no big clots but still dunno yet my embbies fate. I keep talking to them to stay strong. However I hv to prepare myself for any result. It is hard. Jiayou everyone.
 
Bigbear, thanks for your reply...hmm, i think i should keep my fingers cross for my next round ivf. i was not responding well through Gonal F but based on your experience on puregon, i don't think i will have a good result either...although i know everyone is dif...maybe i have low ovarian egg reserve???
 
Shainie, be strong...others than this, i don't know what to say...i know easier to say than done...i was like you feel helpless...CRIB...but hope yours will be okay.

Last nite my DH email him to visit me coz Im not at Pvt ward due to no vacancy.
I pray that he will come today and thanks God he come.
He agreed that he will give me daily injection.
Thanks to all the sisters here who support me all this while. Telling me what to do. If not I will be blank.

Happypinky, I am not sure whether you are still here. Just want to update you about the ban choon chan chinese medicine that I have taken. I took two days back. That was my first pack only. I was given 4 packs. Every four days take once...need to brew...four bowls of water to one. The smell of the herbs very nice but when you drink, damn bitter. So, you might wanna prepare a sweet for yourself or you get it from the chinese medical hall. As for my husband, he has taken his herb yesterday for the first pack. The second pack will be nine days later. His herb no smell but according to him, very nice when he drink...sighs, not fair ya...women drink everything also bitter but guys drink nice one...

After I drank the herb on that nite about 2 hours later, I felt my stomach and lower abdomen a bit warm up and the overall feeling was good because before that I still have on and off pain in lower abdomen and a lot of gas. By the way, after taking the herb, the chinese physician mentioned to me cannot eat or take anything else. I am not sure whether you get the same instruction. I slept after that.

My next appt with chinese physician will be on next AF day5 menses.
 
Shainie, just a question what kind of injection he will give you daily? are you still taking your oral progesterone med? any changes on the dosage?
 
Hi Ladies, Can any one give me the link for the excel sheet on the updates of ladies going on IVF cycle? I want to extract Dr. Zou details. I will be starting my FET by mid May...when is the appropriate time to start acupuncture? I hope i am not late. I am still waiting for my menses.
 
mc, frankly speaking i don't know my AMH level and don't really bother about it but i know the forumers keep talking about it. i think i will discuss with dr tan later.
