Bbjourney, I was given aspirin right from start of this medicated cycle. Then on ET day, they forgot to prescribe give me. I went home n realise I left with 5tablets only. I called them and asked if I need to continue taking, the nurse still answer me "of cos yes lah!" I went but u all nvr give me... She went -_-" Hahahaha

Ya, it's very disappointing. I asked Dr Vardoit if we should change the med but she said I already had all 3: puregon, luveries & saizen. She said wait till sat's scan see how. She also said all i need is just 1 good egg. I'm fearing the cycle would have to be aborted. Tempted to email Dr Tan.
Happy to hear your first scan goes well. How many follicles u have now compared to the last time? U are on Gonal F now right? Previously? How's your lining?

Bigbear, I don't have progesterone jab. The Ovidrel jab I take is hcg jab. The progesterone support I have is crinone progesterone gel.

Viv, sorry to hear abt ur situation. Perhaps you can go get a second medical opinion from another doc? Think Dr Sadhana is not hopeful because by 8weeks, shld be able to see a fetal heartbeat. But in any case, perhaps there are really exceptions. So go with your heart and seek a second opinion if you wish to. The other consideration is prob that if you wait till 2nd trimester and if u really have to do a D&C then, it'd be more complicated and taxing on your body. It's not an easy decision I know. Luv was replying to Viv who posted earlier about her condition but I think Viv deleted her post. I was reading it but after refreshing screen, the post disappeared.
Anyway, Viv if you are still reading this, it's good to go with your heart and seek a 2nd opinion like what Luv said. No harm really. A lot of us here sees or have seen Dr Loh and since you have met Dr Loh before, you may wanna go TFC and see what he says?

Viv, my first BFP was exactly like your case now. Dr Loh told me at week 6+ maybe slow can wait 1 more week. And when i go back at week 7 still about the same, he told me this is not good and ask me to wash. I plead him to give me 2 more weeks please. He gave in but at week 8 when i saw another gynae for 2nd opinion was also told not viable. In the end at week 9, i naturally miscarried. I still remember holding the tissue in my hands. Traumatic experience but i am glad i didnt wash. Cos if i had washed maybe now i would respond even worse to growing lining for FETs.
Why i waited 2 more weeks from week 7 was i also read there are cases where baby simply grow slower but still viable (although i now know such % is very low). I wanted to give baby and myself 1 more chance. If this is what you are feeling too then no harm asking to continue supports and take the time to also seek a 2nd opinion. Dr Loh is very careful so its good if you go to him.
