joynfaith: Currently I taking conceive well, folic acid from kkh and newly add is the royal jelly. Sleep well since I started taking RJ. Spread bb dust tmr. Waiting to catch yours.
Baby: my tcm also told me not to take tea, barley and spicy food. Especially is becos we got "cold womb". English tea got caffeine and Chinese one is liang.

She said tea is liang/cooling n not good for our womb espc when we are ttc-ing. Embryos will be difficult to implant. Try to avoid any kind of tea. It's a NO. My MIL n mum also keep asking me not to drink tea anymore as I was tea lover in the past.
Barley water n Chrysanthemum also cooling. She asked me to avoid this too. As for honey, try to take moderately. Maybe 1-2x a wk is enough. Not everyday.

Would like to share my recent story
As some of the sisters knew I was bfp with hcg 1733.6 and maybe expected twins. However spotting visited me on oct 15, and I went to kk 24hrs and did scan and able to found a sac with yolk but no heartbeat yet
On oct 17, bleeding became heavier with clots then went back to kk 24hrs again at 10am n did a scanned n able to detect a baby heartbeat, dr also give a injection then go home. I also emailed dr Loh then He said of I continue to bleed must go back to kk 24hrs.
At abt 5pm I got heavy bleed with big clots again, went back to kk 24hrs at 8pm n did scan n luckily baby heatbeat was still fine n to play safe I was warded.
On oct 18 I was sent to my 1st viability scan at 830am and baby heartbeat was detected n baby is growing well at 6weeks. N bleeding also became lesser. Dr HH tan actually visited mein ward in the evening n told me everything looks good. N tis was my 1st time saw him he is indeed good looking n charming.
On oct 19, the ward dr told me can go home by 5pm if bleeding become even lesser. And I also requested to do s scan just to make sure and baby heartbeat is detected n fine.
However abt 2pm when I visited toilet I suddenly felt a gush of bleeding with clots, deep inside my heart i knew sth was not right. An urgent scanned has arranged and reviewed my baby has gone... I was so upset....n the ward dr updated dr HH tan and told me to keep nil by mouth in case i may need a wash out later...
On oct 20, a ultrasound uterus reviewed that my womb lining was still thick and cervix still open and still with some clots left inside, I was eventually underwent uterus evacuation by dr HH tan at 8pm.
Today dr HH tan visited me again and said I will see dr Loh in 2wwekd time and discuss further... N I will be home today with my angel in memory always

Cant believe, similar to my story for my last failed FET cycle.
I ao angry and upset but you will slowly feel better as time pass by, thinking it is better that the angel will not suffer unhealthy on earth.
I suspect it is due to thick lining that cause the bleeding resulting the loss of a sac? Cos My lining is also thick.
Please rest and recover fast. You still have one snowbaby waiting for you to bring home.

Linda: I just failed my 2nd fresh cycle without any frozen embryo. Dr Tan has ordered me to do AMH blood test and SIS scan for my womb. Now just waiting for my next cycle to come to go for SIS scan.
Fuyutsuki01: FYI The red dates longan tea has not tea contain. Is only red dates and dried longan. This is to warm you womb. Is also taking during confinement.

I suspected maybe is my progesterone level not enough to hold twins, so eventually the 1st blood clots came out on oct 17 I suspected is one of the twin actually implanted but maybe hormone not enough for it to grow further.
As for the one can see heartbeat but somehow maybe affected by all the bleeding n clots that's y also it can't grow well.... I mean jus my guess

No worries... I was very in deep emo on the day of miscarriages , but I slowly take time to heal
Best part was I m having 3 pieces of u/s picture that showed my baby shape and got edd as well ( one fr kk 24hrs, one fr 1st viability scan and one fr the early time before the
miscarriages happened)
I had jot down the particular event behind the 3pcs of pic.
So deep inside I m telling my angel he/she will always in my memories

Has Dr SF Loh left KK? Just today i was told that i can't make a new appt with him. Does anyone here know how to see him? If i really can't see him at KK, which other gynaes are good?
