No problem... hee... actually the moment when you asks about SIS, I quickly start typing to let you know my experience before reading the post from you that you request me to advise the detail... Hopefully that the SIS result shows that you still can proceed IVF without any operation.. I am praying hard that I also can avoid any operation... I did Accupuncture is to prepare for my coming IVF..When will your menses come?
Infact, just now Doc Zou told me that not all Polyps require to be remove inorder to do IVF..then she say that even if have to do operation, also can proceed to do IVF next month since will only start with Lucrin next month and haven't ET yet so still ok.. but of course, hopefully I don't have polyps... don't need to go through operation...
Infact, I have been with Doc Zou since last year for about one year too... As I did my twice SO-IUI last year so had been seeing her to do accupuncture and take her medicine...After I miscarrage, I stop all TCM .. then now decide to just proceed with IVF without wasting more time...Let's hope all of us can graduate from this thread soon...

Just curious... can anyone kindly advise on how can we make Ginger drink?? how to boil? Also, where to buy wheatglass?? What brand of Vit C are you gals taking?? DOes OG at Bugis sell immounical? Currently I am taking only Folic Acid, Conceive well and chinese TCM... is it sufficient? I don't dare to take COQ2 as GNC sales gal say if pregnant, cannot take COQ2 so I was abit worry so don't dare to take..
Also, when do we start drinking immounical?

Ya, I scared that I may have more spotting and cramps after the SiS. You know sometime even I do papsmear, I may have spotting for the next few hours to 1 day.
Sigh! Everything also extra than others
Sian. I think TCM is just stop the bleeding for few months but will not cure the polyps

Dr Loh advised me no need to remove the cyst too. He just advise me to do SiS due to mid moth bleeding and also on day 2 or day 3 of my menses, I need to go back to KK to do blood test. Then see him again in Dec 2010 to review all report (I guess).

Congrats to you too) May I check with you if u are given the proluton jab twice a week ? I had a little bleeding episode last night which almost scares me off my wits. Just had my proluton jab administered yesterday and having more jab will not help at this stage. I did a fair bit of walking yesterday and was on the chair most if the time. Bb sending me signals thatI didn't rest well yesterday. Going to do complete bedrest for the next couple of days.

peko, did you try to see if you ovulate tis mth after failed ivf? I been charting bbt & using opk. Today is cd21 and no sign of ovulation.
Dr Zou said some ladies do not ovulate after ivf tats y kkh told us to try FET after 2 cycles. I was dissapointed becos wanted to ttc naturally tis mth b4 embark FET.
I heard that for Natural thaw cycle, kkh will monitor our lining and see when we ovulate. If not good, may abort the cycle.. is it true? I'm worried that I won't ovulate next mth

Ceraine, my gonalf dosage is 300iu. ER is scheduled on sat. Can reduce dosage? My boob is so painful!!

Pls do not be siams, don't give up ure dream. Every individual Is different n might hv some added complications which others don't.
I'l be an inspiring case to you. I hv Von willerbrand disorder. Whilst other sisters here worry abt follicle sizes, maturity n fertilization rate, which I do too.. I hv added worries that 'll hv bleeding issues during ER n after op bleeding. My IVF procedure is far more complicated n needsmore medical support fr KK, as well good coordination to ensure my bleeding issue is contained. I m seeing additional anesthesia whilst other don't n paying excess 1.6k for my blood med too..
My bleeding disorder was my deterring factor to embark on IVF n it has been a struggle for 1 yr. N halfway thru d procedure.. I actually broke down scaring myself sick of all d negative stuffs... D sisters here has been very much encouraging .
I hv finish my ER yesterday n thanks god that all turns out well. In fact I was d queen.. Centre of attention with d anesthesia fussing over mr, assuring me etc thou initially there was some cockup... But it all goes well eventually...
This not d end of my worry.. Once Bfp n throughout d pregnancy n delivery.. It's another set of worry again .. But I'll take a step as it goes...
Please do not give up ure dream.. If polyops op is needed, go for it. It will enhance implantation. But mini mini sizes one are not an issue. Regards ure bleeding n spotting potential, pls discuss well with ure Gynae. They'll hv solutions for it.. Jiayou okie n all d best!!!!

Snuuggly, not all cysts need to be removed. There are many types of cysts, the most common is follicular/corpus luteum cysts and they are harmless de. it will go off by itself. It occurs when a follicle keeps growing beyond its normal time period and becomes an ovarian cyst.
Jessica, look at the brighter side, if really need to go ops who knows after ops you conceived naturally. Dr asked me try naturally for 3 mths but miracle din happen to me lah as my problem is male factor so chances very low. some of my friends conceive naturally after going ops.

Also, those big type bananas are NO NO.. especially the big Del monte types. My mum told me that these are NO NO.. very liang!

I had 60 follicles previously and had asked dr Cheng if the gonalf dosage can be reduced and he said no as the reduction may affect the growth of the biggie follicles. So the only way you can do is to ensure that you take enough proteins to curb your bloatedness and the lucrin trigger should not trigger ohss.

Now doing complete bedrest and things are under control. I was noti yesterday ... Was up on the chair most if the time and I was out for dinner and to dr Zou place. Bb sending signals to me ya ;(. Can't help feeling jittery again. My next bt will be on next tuesday when i return for my proluton jab.Seeing dr for scan in 2weeks time... It's another 2 long weeks and I m praying hard now ...

my last soiui of 150iu(increase from 125iu after day 8), i yielded 3/4 eggs and Dr fong commented i am resistant to the med.
the last round at 75iu, i yielded 2 i think.
Dr loh originally plan for 300iu puregon, tat was back in March. in consideration i have mild ohss even at 150iu, coupled with scanning reviews, BT,E2 levels after lucrin, he reduced to 200iu.
both him and the african lady feels i am reacting well at 200iu at 13-14 follicles, and i missed a day dose.
i been asking for increment but rejected. i even toyed with idea to self increase, since i have 200iu balance.
i retrieved 9 follicles , which are in lab now fertilizing and getting ready for Friday ET.
i am constantly worrying out of 13, how many will be harvested, and felt the numbers are quite little.
the sistas here are encouraging.been telling me quality counts,quality counts, not quantity. thats wat dr zou says too.
really relieved retrieved 9 and praying all get fertilized.
a frd of mine whom preggy at 8retrieved (7 harvested) gave me the strength and belief quality counts...

I was given proluton jab yesterday and I m on Duphaston x2 a day, crinone inserts and progynova think these supports are adequate and the only antidote now is to bedrest , talk to the bb and pray ya ! I was told rest till week6 scan before dr decides if he wants to send me to work ! Hee

Peko, my LMP is 28oct and average cycle is 32-34days.. The shortest cycle I ever had is 27days and longest is 37days. What abt you? How many frozen embryos you had? You intend to transfer how many this time?

The way I make Ginger tea is boil the water, bought some old Ginger, smash it & throw into the water when the water is boil. For me, I didn't put any sugar... So it maybe a bit spicy but it's good for me, cos my stomach always have many wind

Loulou – thanks. When is your 6wk scan? Are u with kk also ? my MS kicks in liao, always wake up at night to pee few times and feeling nauseous all the times. Can’t eat much now. Dr Zou said it’s normal and sometimes we will still have cramp oso as uterus expanding.

goofie, those taking tcm shld try not to take oranges n med too close... Dunno if I rem e reason right... It might 'wash away' e effects of e chinese med... N u r right, those big long bananas cannot eat... Very liang...

Mina, mine is between 27 to 32 days. I've 8 frozen. Dr loh said trsf 3 but later he chg his mind said 2. I want 2 oso as don't want to risk having triplets. But I still thinking if should trsf 3 coz don't think will be so heng lor. we still can chg our decision b4 ET day. How about u?

my ohss is bad.... my sides still ache. i cant sleep well. after every meal, be it small or big meal, i will vomit. even half bowl of porridge I can take more than 30 mins to finish it. Im still crouching when I walk. Tummy is hard and bloated. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!</font>

Peko, you are lucky to have 8 frozen. I only have 3 so will thaw all and see how many survive. Dr Loh say 60% will thaw successfully.. hopefully can transfer 2.
