Babygalore-I am fine. Only yesterday couldn't really slept well because leg pain and went to toilet few times. But this morning till feel energetic and already asked friend to come out for tea-break in the afternoon. This morning needle went in smoothly. Got sting feeling and went off very fast. Thank you for giving me a good support and hope I can be your real good role model :>

Wah, so much updates to catch up.
I have been MIA for sometime due to busy shuffling home and hospital. FIL diagnosed with stage IV stomach cancer spread to liver and now affecting the lungs as well. Once my 2nd cycle AF after failed IVF is here, will proceed with the IVF again. Hope this time can BFP and fil is in time to be grandpa. Sigh!

for Dr Yu, she's also quite a no nonsense doc which i assume due to her tight schedule. She won't talk much unless u ask her. Though she might not as attentive as other docs but I am very comfortable with her during my IVF procedure. All went smoothly and minimum discomfort. Though at the end I am BFN. I will still stick to her for my second IVF.

Can anyone teach me how to drink DOM, as in to drink it after menses or during menses? Only at night? and how much each time? Must stop since start stimulation drug is it? Thanks!

Thanks! Now must go and buy Chicken essence to drink. I pray hard that it wont be that awful but on a second thought, I think nothing beats the taste of Dr Zou's powered medicine! Haha.. Btw, what is DOM for ah? My mum ask me to buy either DOM or Yomeishu to drink for health purpose.. She says just a small cup a day.

My fsh reading before supression is 5.3.. Aft is 2.1 i think.. Couldnt recall... Dr say he see abt 15 or so follicles but some are small.. So dont knw whether they can grow in time nt.. He say he hope to get me at least 18 eggs... I hope so too..

DOM is supposed to be drunk at nite... as to how much to drink i think it's indicated on the bottle... can be drank daily... but i think it will depend on individual... u try out the recommended dosage first and adjust from there.. whether u wanna drink it daily or alternate days or few times a week... for me i can't take DOM.. i'm allergic to alcohol... so unless it's in cooking if not i can't take... can u imagine i just half a tiny cup (cup that comes with it) my face will go all red and hot... kekeke

Develyn-You keep your Apple juices in the fridge...It is fresh one (self-make) or bottle type? if self-make then better dono't drink as you left it for overnight..and you know inside fridge also has alot of germ..(Orangey sorry to ask Develyn not to drink, one it is cold and two she left it overnight..)

i used to drink DOM every day, plus Bai Feng Wan after menses. DOM to drink at nite cos contain alcohol, jus half a cup to max 1 cup, the cup is provided with the bottle. if u dun drink alcohol, can dilute in a normal drinking cup of warm water.

it has been a long well, have been a silent reader since march.... first, CONGRATS develyn!!! It is wonderful to read about your good news !! Rest well and eat well.
I will be embarking on FET tomorrow at KKIVF with dr Loh. Rested for 3 months since the failed fresh cycle.... really don't know what to feel right now. Just praying that God be gracious this time round. dr Loh said to put in 3 embbies this time. Anyone here with FET success stories to share?
I have some questions I mind, hope any of you would be able to advise me. I had been going for TCM and acupuncture these 3 months, should I continue with the herb drink after the transfer? The TCM dr says hers is somthing like 'an tai yao'..... I am not very sure. Should we follow a bed rest routine too after the transfer?

Nope.. is from Starbuck fresh one.. but well sealed.. heez.. expiry 20.06.09.. oh yes , one thing bad, it is cold.. but i check out for my MS and loss of appetites.. many ppl and even gynaes recommend us to take whatever that stomach can holds.. of cos not like vinegar/coffee/tea.. but they says sips of cold drinks even coke is good to replenish loss of sugar level & potato chips are ok.. better than nothing goes down to my stomach then i admit hospital again
.. cos till now , i still cannot really eat.. just maybe few slices of potato chips , one mouthful of fish burger , oranges juices, lemonade.. one to two fish balls.. all taken at different time.. but giving me abit of strength rather than i become boney.. loss to much weight..ermm 10kg for the past 6weeks after ET.. so now, all rubbish tat can be taken , must be taken.. at least i am strong enough to sit infront of computer le..

Yes, i am sticking with Dr Loh.. and Yes i agree that he is not good with words and no personal touch.. And Yes, waiting time is killing.. and YES, only see him awhile.. But when asking why am i not switching ? I trust his skill.. I trust his ER & ET was done good.. so i have to continue to trust that his delivery skill will be as perfect !

Eskimobaby-My HB also the same type. He totally can't drink. Anyway, it is good to avoid alcohol for fertility issue. My blood circulation also not good. So Dr Zou advise me to do exercise regularly..

I only drink a little bit (abt 20ml) mix with water at night, drink liao then feel high.. can sleep after that. I always hear pp say DOM or Yomeishu is good for our body, even advertisement also show young and old pp drinking it. DOM is from France, Yomeishu is from Japan, but both should have similar benefits and contain more than 20+ herbs. No harm trying also. I did check with Dr Zou, she say can drink everyday, but never ask her during injection stage. I intend to drink everyday, never know must stop before or during AF. But will stop during injection stage, cos don't know can mix or not.

TPS will send you an sms when it is near your turn to see Dr Loh, you can remind the nurse to sms you too. So you don't have to keep waiting there. Do you know that kk provide hospital tour? not sure the timing now but you can check with the nurse. It will bring you to the delivery suite and see the rooms.
