I was so happy when i manage to get a slot in sept. But the kkivf nurse very cute. she say i really kiasu, cos all the BT hven clear, I so fast want to book le. hee...
now that i can book a slot, I'm feeling more secured. Tmr going to buy folic acid le.

Yes is more secure when we know our slot and have some preparation.

Don't wish to let long AF cycle to delay my ivf...i try not to be so stressup, cos I have to have ivf within a time frame..not much of a choice..

my working hours is more flexible, as long as go in office b4 10.30am boss wont black face loh.
Please dun think when your AF is reporting, sometimes it very pantang.. U more think it, then dun want come. I also have irregular menses, 2 months came 1 time. Once we told Dr our menses irregular, u will given microygnon on D2/D3.

And yes, the more i keep thinking AF will report and wear pad to welcome it, the more it don't want turn up. so pantang, so angry

you can get your BT readings from the CHR nurse.
report from KKIVF BT report indicates that level less than 5IU/L is non-pregnant and BHCG between 5 IU/L and 25 IU/L maybe indicative of early pregnancy. u can google the web for the readings but bear in mind that these are only indicative/ can use as a guideline.

gers - regarding the advice on the do's & dont's also the supplements some of us are taking. word of caution everything should be taken in moderation.
ultimately excess in anything isn't good even though it's a supplement. what works for 1 person might have adverse reaction in another.
so for me I just refer to what other sisters is taking n evaluate what works for me. if I'm heaty type obviously I won't over dose on heaty foods.
I know everyone wants the most optimal body condition when doing ivf but there comes a time where too much is bad. think we all know our own body condition so adjust the intake accordingly.
just want to say this much. I'm still grateful for the numerous advise given here but ultimately I make the decision in what to follow.

i didn't take ensure during ivf. now i'm taking enfamama preggie mum milk cos dr ordered high protein diet for me and that one has the highest protein of all the preggie mums milk. actually for normal singleton pregnancy dun really need to drink these milk cos it really is fattening.

during pregnancy avoid all machine based facial treatments, no essential oils or peeling treatments either. just regular cleansing facial.

means can only use hand massage face when facial. hmm...then must go for facial before embark ivf le... during ivf still can go facial with those machine based treatment?

you so lucky to have menses come same period mthly. I know mine will come mthly. but i never bother to take note the duration. but should be about 35days +/-.
