I meant the urine is slight yellowish. It's not foul smell, but I do get to smell my stinky urine at times while sometimes it's odourless. Just curious...

This is the final week of waiting, few more days to go, can't help to ignore the thought totally. Last night, I casually asked HB what's our next course of action if we failed on this cycle. He said IVF....
Well, I'm slowly embracing it and kinda worrying of juggling between the hospital trips and work.

Btw, just curious: if follicle doesn't grow as large as ideal by CD 13, will doc give any med to help speed up the growth? Or will this cycle go to waste?

Sseah,
31 day cycle, so you still have 4-5 more days to let your follicles grow swee-swee. I'm not sure of any med to speed up follicle growth, no harm asking the Dr. But always remember what you want is quality eggs for a successful implantation.

Sseah, yours is IUI or SO-IUI? if it is SO-IUI most probably dr will give more injection before ovulation occur. if it is IUI then i am not too sure.
Don't worry, doctor will give you best advice to go ahead with IUI or not.
BTW, which doc you are seeing? how long have you been TTC?

I dare not thought about IVF also,especially my workplace is very far from any place.
Don't worry, doctor will give you best advice to go ahead with IUI or not.

Your cycle is 31 days, your estimated ovulation time is on (31-14) your CD17. As what BabySeeToh mentioned, you still have 4 or more days before your follicles grow into mature size. Doctor tracking the follicle by its size not on our CD. I did my two IUIs on CD18. So don't worry too much on this ok. I am sure you can go through your IUI smoothly as plan. Follicle take their time to grow, don't rush them. hehe...
Stay relax and everything will fall in place nicely.

Haiz... you make me so feel like changing my job. But because of the location of my job now is near to NUH. I can easily take a little time off for all the review and scanning appointments. I am thinking maybe I should just stay till next year for my family planning. I will try one more round of IUI on my next cycle and proceed to IVF. I can have more flexibility here for my IVF plan cos need to on hospitalization leave for 2 weeks right? I think it will be easier to handle in current job. Haiz... Endure! Hope I can conceive real soon!

I'm not sure abt private patient, the last time the nurse told me if I'm planning for IVF, I have to go back to Clinic G, Main Building. I don't quite understand tho.
I have no symptoms, just slightest sting here and there on my abs and chest. I feel indifferent from any other month
Don't dare to "open" report card, now it the most stressful part of the cycle. So you intend to try for 3rd time for IUI? I wonder whether I should give it a last try. But I sure want a mental break in Aug.

I was worried cos I read that clomid helps speed up follicle growth and by cd10 the size should be big enough.. I took clomid from cd2-6 so I thought that my eggs should be bigger by now..

Heatherwhite...thanks for the info. i'm surprised to hear that from Prof and i did some research n found that it is possible to have anovulation bleeding which is different from menses. yeah...changing job hopefully better environment...better luck

sseah, not to worry, when i am on SO-IUI, my folicle grow very slowly too. But it will like grow extremely fast when reaching my ovaluation date. So i guess, some ppl will react this way. For info, i am also 31 - 32 days cycle. Good luck and not to think too much

Just got this name, it's a supplement or drug, I'm not too sure, from a colleague's friend. He claimed that it may help as he was trying for 3 fruitless years until he took this vit. He said it helps to strengthen his sperms. Can get from pharmacy. I'm yet to google it.

How was your scan? Today right?
I used to do BBT, taking my body temperature daily for 6months. But out of six, I only see a clearly distinguished pre/post ovulation chart. The rest were irregular pattern, like a volatile stock market. Frustrated, I stopped taking temperature.
Since May 11, I started taking TCM med frm Eu Yan Sang,
Paragon with Dr Xia Rong and she wants to see my BBT chart every month when I visit her. It seems that my BBT charts look more stabalised. Although, I'm not preggie, but I'm sure those TCM med are nourishing and I don't have any more giddy spell (low blood).
Mind you, the daily med is definatelynot a yummy concoction and it cost less than $300 per month supply, depending on the contents. The med comes in 2 types, 1 consume from CD1-14, another one will be from Cd15-28.

Yup today was my scan- my follicle not growing very much though.. Only grow by 0.5mm

It's a quiet Sunday, yesterday went to Ubin for seafood, so shiok! Actually, yesterday was officially 2week due date
But I do have 31 day cycle, so still have 3 more days to countdown and consider as SAFE! Every now and then when I have small discharge, I'd ran to the toilet to check, so insane! Anyway, I don't have any single symptoms, that's the trickiest part. Hope to see some light at the end of the tunnel also cannot

I don't have any update. Today is my CD31, DPO18. I don't usually have pre-menstrual symptoms, neither is my breast giving me any signs. This is the most trying and tricky part. I only only sit back and be patient

This is the first place I break the news, family members and friends would be as late as possible. The reason why I can share our good news here is I want to tell everyone here that everyone can get pregnant, just DO NOT give up, your turn will come
I tested +ve yesterday and HB doubt its accuracy and I tested today again to confirm. I was crying in the bathroom alone before sharing it with my HB.
I'll pray from the bottom of my heart, for all of you here to report BFP soon.

Thanks, I'm excited and yet afraid, honestly. So I'm trying to lie low in the meantime.
Just to re-cap, I started on clomid+natural in Apr11. Then my following month menses only last for 1 day. Afraid of the thin womb lining, I went for TCM. The rest of the month my menses was back to normal and my body temp chart is more stable during the pre/post ovulation.
My hb only take Vit C & E, with me reminding everyday. I alternate pre-natal supplement between Sanatogen Mother-to-be and Blackmore Conceive-Well. I also take folic acid as an addition. I take all the supplement and tcm at least 2hrs apart.
I love food, not fussy, a daily cup of coffee and ice lemon tea is my favourite drink but will try not to drink if I can

The outcomes are something we can't control. This month fail, we can always try harder next month. I know this is easy to say then do, and it's mentally straining. But what to do. Don't give up is the key to success! This is what I have been telling myself for the past 3 years... i suppose to go scan and gonal-F injection today or tomorrow but i am thinking not to go as time constraint, but i took clomid 100mg for this cycle. so afraid of releasing bad eggs and scare of multiples also.
still thinking whether to see doctor tomorrow or not! a bit lost, dont know what to do!

Hmn, just go to see doctor tomorrow if you can arrange your time. Sometime I just follow what the doctor told me to without thinking too much. The more we think, the more we get our self confuse. I suppose to do my 2nd IUI last month but my hubby was on fever 1 day before the IUI day. Therefore we cancel the IUI.
AF just reported on Tuesday,we plan to do IUI this cycle.

I thought my AF is accurate and i am able to see doctor on Sat. Who knows my AF reported earlier. As i just came back from holiday and now is budget planning time, i really can die cannot sick where got time to see doctor. so, skip this round and will do IUI next cycle.

Hi hopeful ng welcome to the forum I am doing my soiui this Month at Nuh? Which cd u in? I am in cd19 bad news is my eggs are still small so dr might cancel the iui. did u take gonal f or puregon for the injections? And which hospital?

Hihi, we all know how you feel now. Jia you ok? You will have higher chance by going for SO-IUI. Cos you will have more follicles are ready and waiting for their Mr. Right mar. Think it positively ok?
Frankly speaking, if I fail my 3rd IUI (touchwood lar), I hope my doctor allows me to try SO-IUI. I still not very prepared for IVF yet. Anyway, don't give up ok. Jia you!

Hehe... my HB was having flu during my second IUI. I was angry with him for falling sick. Hehe... actually not his fault lar, I apologized to him after that. Anyway, we still carried on with our IUI. Should have abandone the cycle and take a rest. Maybe I should learn how let go precious cycle chance sometime.

When do you need do follicle scan again? How long is your normal cycle? Prof. Wong told me before, it is very normal for follicles to stop growing into mature size. It is a natural selection. Ask me not to feel sad and worry. Hehe... I think he is trying very hard to console me that time when I have experienced 2 consecutive months of anovulation. If this month no good, we always have next month to work on. Hope we all will promoted as mother very very soon like babyseetoh!

Thanks dragonhopes and heatherwhite! It's really heartwarming to receive these encouragement. I think no one can fully understand how we feel and what we are going thru (esp the waiting period) and not mentioning the disappointment. Not sure if I have the courage to go for IVF too. The daily injection for 10 days already freak me out! I can't imagine how to go thru the process of IVF. Hope all of us can "graduate" from here soon and each get a dragon bb!
