Itchy Throat, Cough

Hi All, want to know.. Im at the early few weeks of pregnancy, thus having a little itchy throat n cough..

Can i still drink fresh milk still? Heard it causes phlegm?

For coughs and sore throats, take Ultimate Aloe Juice. Milk isn't recommended since it will cause phlegm.
