I don't mind tiong bahru mrt 6pm weekdays but on the dot can? cos I need to rush to fetch my kids at tampines by 7.

I don't mean to be rude or make things difficult, but I ever met one lady for self collection, 6pm at buona vista mrt, and she only arrive like 6:30pm. I rush like mad, and when the clock strike 7:01am I got to pay $5 fine. And for that incident I paid $26 for fine being late fetching my kids. :(

If you feel cannot, then it's ok to refund my money. I understand.
