Hello Micloeh, wonder if you can help me to understand whats the benefit of AIA Bundle of Joy and Child ACC Shield Prem Plan.

Is it necessary to have both or either one will do if the child is covered under hosp plan?

Hi Cribsi, hospi plan will only take care of the hospi bills and will not pay you a lump sum of money. AIA Bundle of joy is a child critical illness plan and i believe child ACC Shield Prem Plan is a accidental plan for kids. Both pay a lump sum in the event of critical illness being diagnose or accidental death happens. There are other benefits like weekly or monthly payouts that will be quite diff for me to list out here.

There again, hospi plan will only take care of the bills and the lump sum payout will be able to take care of other medical cost like followups medicine cost.
