Infant vomit

My 2 weeks old baby just vomited when i was feeding him formula isit normal ? He vomited quite alot . Should i bring him to see a doctor ? Anyone have same experience pls tell me asap i am so worried .

Could it be stomach reflux instead of vomitting? Is ur baby in discomfort when he vomitted?

Cuz baby stomache is quite small so sometimes they have reflux, you can google abt it.

My baby has reflux at the beginning after she finish her feed, so must monitor a while after feeding. After feeding burp the baby and also let baby be in upright position for a while before putting to sleep lying down

Hi mummyT, my eldest son has this vomiting issue during infant stage.
The vomiting started from 2nd week of birth, vomited 3-4 times a day out of 7 feeds.
Doctor says it is reflux and there is no medicine for it.
At least can rest assure after doctor's confirmation that it is not any health threatening issue.
It carried on and as baby grew, the vomiting lessen and it eases after 5 months old.
