Hi ladies, anyone here dealt with husband who is addicted to porn or thirst traps on social media?
I need some support. My husband has been addicted to porn since his early teenage days.
He’s been doing this behind my back for almost 5 year throughout our marriage.
He doesn’t cheat physically but to me listing over those ladies online who looks nothing like me is somewhat cheating.
He even create anonymous social media acct / browse via private browsers just so I won’t find out.
Recently I lost my last straw and I told him this news to stop cause we have kids already. He is currently gg for help to curb this addiction
But how can I be mentally supporting myself
He get the help through mentors and counselling but what about me? I’m mentally drained
