Help for countering Hemorrhoids problem during pregnancy.

Hi all, so I've recently been facing the problem of hemorrhoids (piles), during pregnancy and it is becoming very irritating and rather painful. May i know if any of you out there have gotten hemorrhoids during pregnancy and if so, may i know how you dealt with it?

saw a doctor. got a cream that he said is safe for pregnancy and applied. i took panadol for the pain. it subsided after that.

i could not just bear with it so i had to see doctor.

after labour, i suspect my gynae sew my piles by accident.

Thank you so much! Does anyone else know if there are any other ways to maybe ease the pain and swelling which I can do on my own?
