Hi all,
if the HDB is purchased by two parties (husband and wife) with a a 60/40 contribution.
And wife requested for a 50% of the house valuation (i.e to sell). How is this calculated given that the house is contributed using CPF monthly installment with outstanding loan.
Does the 50% nett (valuation - outstanding loan) = 50 % of total nett which wife is requesting for? (meaning the CPF refund have yet to be deducted seperately based on the initial deposit and monthly installment). Or does the total nett be factor after CPF refund to each parties first? Thanks!
