hmmmm.... IKEA, Kallang Mac (where my bunch of forum folks loved), City Square Mall has a kids spot too if I'm not wrong, Airport T3, Big Splash at ECP.
I recall seeing a cafe along upper thomson that has a kid recreational spot as well, it was also on recommended TV once.
