Previously I have shared on a product which helps to build my girl immune system & hope to share more after I do more research of these products. And I realise that it is due to low immune system that causes all these illnesses happening to my girl & why reluctant to medication - as medication might cause liver to be affected. So why these products are good as their products are freeze drying or spraying drying fruits & vegetables that we are short of in our diet which are good for our immune system. Why is our diet short of fruits & vegetable? Due to our climate, it is hard to buy a variety of them - as they spoilt easily. It is recommended to have abt 9 serving of fruits & vegetables but how many of us can do it. These products are grown by themselves & using the above method to ensure the nutrients are not lost & in the products, there is a wide variety of fruits/vegetables being used.
