Fenugreek is good....BUT......

My milk supply is good, bt i still drink fenugreek... after sometime, den i discovered that im hnvg BO....

I stopped drinking fenugreek.. e BO gone for gd.. hehehh...

Anyone encounter like me too????

Yeah fenugreek caused armpit to smell..and it also give baby wind as well.not so advisable to take while BF..

True e smell jus irritate me.. if abt bby wind, luckily my bby doesnt hv wind...

No dear... my milk supply still is alot.. hehe...u cn try drnkng it.. i jus cnt stand e smell of my own body. Grrrr.. jus irk me

I've read about e smell b4 thou never personally tried it. After all fenugreek is a kind of spice. Maybe can try to find natural galactagogue that works for u to increase e supply. But if u have no problem with supply, just feeding on demand should maintain e supply.
