Just wish to pre empt all parents who wish to use Ecreative catering for their cakes and catering. Fish was not fresh, quantity was insufficient and rude driver.
The driver who arrive earlier then stated for collection and refuse to budge when we say we are still expecting guests.
When we lodge a complaint, the sales person said there's nothing she could do and no one else I could speak to for any after sales recovery.
Only after my insistence , the finance department call and told me a slight discount is given and I request for more to be done, once again the sweeping statement she is the only one who will handle it.
Very unpleasant experience and to think I had to pay to experience such rudeness.
Do look for other alternatives for your LO celebration where it's supposed to be a joyous occasion and not like mine.
