Early pregnancy bleeding?

Anyone experiencing the same thing? I'm 4 weeks plus and started bleeding yesterday, now I'm trying to rest on the bed? Hope to find someone who is experiencing the same thing as I do.

Yeah seen the doc. Had a jab and on pills. Now in hong kong, doc approved me to travel even though I'm very worried
