Dear all,
I'm hoping for advice from anyone regarding this issue.
My son is 5 yrs old, diagnosed with autism. He's in an early intervention centre last year. He attends 6 hours per week of intervention. I've been trying to get the centre to let him attend 10 hours per week (daily of 2 hours) since mid last year.
The centre says that their funding model from MFS only requires 6 hours per week. In fact when I call other centres, they also say the same thing.
I want to check with both MFS and NCSS. To get more clarity on this matter. Can any mums with similar experience please share? I'm quite loss now.
This is a crucial time for my son who is starting to vocalise and understand things. I'm not rich enough to bring him for private therapy or lessons hence I can only depend on the intervention centres.
Childcare centres won't even consider having him.
Thanks in advance.
