Hi, I am currently going through divorce. Interim judgement was given and I will be going for the Case conference on 27 July 2017. I am asking for care and control of my 6 years old son. On weekdays, my mum is the main caregiver of my child and I am living with my mum. He is going to P1 next year, intend to enroll him to the Primary sch right next to my mum's place.

May I know how can i better prepare myself in court and what should I prepare?
