Hi, my spouse and I have been married for 10yrs and we have a 5yo child. Our marriage failure is because of communication breakdown. We have decided to go our seperate ways, we cannot maintain this unhealthy married relationship anymore. He said he will consult a laywer on the proceedure and suggest that I should do so for 2nd opinion. Any affordable professional local divorce lawyer to recommend?

Mine is married for 8 yrs with a P2 child. Marriage is shaky and rocky like anytime (some thing that I do) will burst into a outcry for a divorce (which has been "threatened" by her a few times).

Rocky because of pile up issues she has with me. When I mentioned threaten, is to threaten with a divorce. In that saying, she's also thinking of divorce.
