Not so good news. I went online on Crocs yesterday as I didn't hear from them. Apparently, they said that they are not able to track which local post office in the US the package is in. So could not request for a redeliver. Instead they would do a refund.

i requested for a reship but they said it would probably get into a similar problem... as this has happened before. Mummies who are affected I will do a refund (with loss in exchange) when I get the refund in my credit card. Pls email me your account for refund.
