Hi all, I was just tested positive and am at my 4 weeks of gestation. However I have been experiencing slight pain/ cramps and sometimes there are light spotting (browish watery discharge). I felt like I always wanted to shit not sure isit because of the cramp. My gynae had alr given me Duphaston. Anyone has the same symptons and is it nornal?
