Corpus leteum

Hi everyone, I went to see my gynae today and she told me I have ovulated and she saw corpus luteum on my left ovary. Is this a good sign? I read wiki it seems like a normal thing but this is the first time she told me this. Last round I ovulated she did not mention anything about it. Can someone enlighten me pls? Thanks!

Have you asked your obgyn if it's something you should worry about? like if it's a cyst?
