Hi, I've been having headaches a lot, which I attributed due to stress. Backaches have been occurring as well, but I often get those because of some back problems. 4 weeks ago, I engaged in some sexual activities, with him rubbing his penis on the outside of my vagina. I've heard it's a low chance but still a possibility one could be pregnant. Yesterday I started bleeding, it was very heavy with severe cramps. However 12 hours later it's pretty light. I'm not sure what's going on and I can't wrap my head around it?

If you want to be sure you are not pregnant, just use a home pregnancy test.
