Hi mummies, can u advise what shld i eat to increase milk supply when bb is out on Monday?
When i was pregnant w my 1st, my breast arl left full and hard by 37 weeks...but tis time my breast seem to start shrink in after 30 weeks. From A to ard D...then guadually nw down to C cup....isit it suppose to grow bigger and bigger...is it bcos i exercise and tone up daily ?
