The people who are posting items for sale in WTB are getting out of hand. From the looks of it, they are here just for one motive - selling things. If this is the case, I think it's only fair to block them.
 
janet: ya.. wat to do. but there are some who really in to share n buy, not sell.. these handful of ppl who making use of WTB to sell are the culprits. Tell them, they cant do it, they can still tell u BUT.... gosh!

So looks like just have to 'report' their threads here. Even when their threads are terminated, they start new ones in WTB again.
 
guess that the case. wat else can one do? hoping those ppl who post their WTS open their eyes.. cos many of us are watching kekeke
 
janet/carole: if everyone in the forum (buyers and sellers included) then it would be so much more "peaceful" hor? but actually even if the threads are removed, the seller can easily come in under a different nickname and sell again, or contact the would be buyers privately, so the whole cycle starts again... but like CL said, how to find a creative solution for this?

Carole, problem is she registered before the cut off date, will be an issue to prove now she's doing business, although my gut instinct is also the same as yours

Precisely. Obviously they are not allowed to post there. That comment made really ridiculous. So, can't post in WTS, that's why post anywhere they feel like it.
 
janet, put it this way, if everyone in the world followed rules, there would be much less conflict/wars etc!! just annoying how some people are profiteering via the forum... pity the mums who fork out hard earned cash thinking they're actually "saving"

If everyone follows rules and love peace, there will be less fighting and war. Very true.
There are also some people who critize what others do and yet do the same thing later.
 
janet: hypocrisy isn't it tho? my ex boss always told me never point at other people because 3 fingers are pointing back at you!

There seems to be an increase in WTE of late.
The 2nd thread posted above seems like a sale of sunglasses.
 
janet, i think i already know what you mean ;-)

I don't mind buying from people in the business thread, because they have been open and upfront that it is a business, but to organize a BP and make more than 50% profit is too much!

we just have to be more vigilant I guess...
