These are real and I've got it from an authorized retailer. If you have not researched carefully, please don't accuse others of selling fake stuff. I'm in contact with Babylegs Singapore and they can prove to you that these are authentic. I'm just trying to clear my stock under BP and I'm sure these are allowed!!!!

Yes I know about the certain 'price' but now I'm clearing stock and they can't stop me from having promotions right? On my website its still stated as the price they set so basically I didn't break any of their rules! I'll be glad to clear the air with them and to everyone on the forum.

There is no Babylegs Singapore. Babylegs authorised distributor is not located in Singapore. All authorised retailers are to sell at S$19.80, meaning even if there is promotion, price cannot go below S$19.80.

Most importantly: Regardless of whether your BabyLegs is authentic or not, if you are NOT an authorised retailer by Babylegs Regional Distributor, you are NOT ALLOW to sell.

Moderator please take note.

Thanks for your information. They did not tell me I cannot sell, but asked me to revise my pricing and I did as they requested. I have email them and awaiting their reply.

Just checking, they emailed me saying they are from VIE GLOBAL NETWORK, Sole Distributor for Babylegs in Malaysia & Singapore. Is that the distributor we are all talking about?

Got them from the states from an authorized retailer & verified with Babylegs distributor. Sold quite a fair bit and now left these remaining 1-2pcs each design to sell off then won't be buying and selling them.

Hi,

I'll just like to share my point of view on one possible reason why some choose to post WTS threads in WTB section instead. Perhaps some of the 'reporters' here may have already suspected it - the reason is because these users aren't allowed to post in the restricted sections, namely Spree and WTS.

From what I understand, only members who have joined for over a year are allowed to post in these restricted sections. I also understand that the management/moderators exercise discretion (on a case by case basis) with regards to the granting of rights to members who have fulfilled the one-year condition.

May I know what are the criterion being looked at?

I have faithfully waited for a year and have written 3 times to the moderators requesting for posting rights. However, I received no news or indication on whether my application has been successful.

While I understand that one of the reasons for imposing this condition is to deter or minimise cases of fraud (especially in Spree organisations), some members like myself just want to be able to particpate in good overseas deals or go thru the forum as a marketplace (as the name implies) to sell their preloved items.

Sorry for the long post but I do hope to hear some feedback from the relevant authorities on this. Thanks.

Hi Slimfy,

Agree with wat you said, except that even after one year, it's not automatic that members can post in WTS. Members gotta request for it and even then, it's not 100% they would get the request fulfilled.

A suggestion: Allow members who are more than a year old and have been an active member (post exceeding xxx number) to post in WTS/Overseas spree section. But one new post only? I know of a website which is trying to promote recycling. Members can offer/want items. Each member can post "offer" posts as many as they want per day but for "wanted" posting, it's restricted to one post per day.
