I'm using comGateway to ship our order instead of vpostusa.
Their repack services are better than vpostusa.

Why I'm using comGateway is that recently vpost charged me with a whopping weight of 47.7 kg which the package only weighs 7kg.
Made request to repack and they took almost 10 days to reply back. Managed to argue and made them repacked my package that weighs around 12kg.
Using comGateway, they will do repacking once open the package and see if there's any need to repack.
Moreoever, Disney loves to send big packages, thus comGateway will be a better choice for shipping.
