I am in the midst of getting my home study report done. I was wondering if anyone having gone down the road of adoption could recommend a good adoption agency with the best rate. I am looking to adopt a ethnic Chinese kid from either Indo, Malaysia, Vietnam, etc. Your recommendations are appreciated.
