Barley water for babies

Hi mummies,
My confinement nanny just suggested mixing barley water in formula instead of water as his pee looks quite yellow (heaty she says). He’s only 2 months old. Have any of you tried this? Is he too young?

Mm.. if your baby drinking formula milk.. mayb try to give water ba.. barley water... not too sure..

But I given my son barley, watermelon juice.. and etc etc I also can’t remember due to his jaundice
