Oh, ok then I shall purchase a few first before I purchase in bulkActually, babies skin are very sensitive. You may trial and test first before purchase in bulk. Same likewise as diaper.![]()
Oh thank youThere is offer on pigeon wipes.. 3 pkts of refills (82s) for $9 only at polyclinic pharmacy. I saw it yesterday.
KKH use pigeon wipes and so we continue it... after that tried other brands like zappy, pureen, etc. Pureen is ok but Zappy is too dry. Now toddler, I switch to Daiso brands.. haha.We started with pigeon wipes when #1 was a new born. It doesnt have to be this brand but try to stick with alcohol-free wipes. Pureen brand also ok.
Now that she is a toddler, i switched to cheaper fairprice brand -- this one has alcohol.
I recommend just using cotton wool and tap water. Cheap. No worries abt chemicals. Does the job. And because newborn's poop is pretty simple, no need to use any kind of soap to wash too. I started off with pigeon wipes, but then decided that bringing my infants to the tap to wash the bum was much faster, and cleaner
You can still purchase commercial wet wipes for outdoor use, but I had a friend who would just bring along cotton wool and a spray bottle - I thought that was an excellent idea.
Actually , once your baby is older ....you can try carrying bb in one's arm & wash bb bottom right at the sink ,with the other hand, without much fuss. You say your friend use spray bottle for cleaning baby's poo? I never thought of this idea, it is great!
Ya! Think I might do that too when my 3rd one is born next yr. Saves some moneyYou say your friend use spray bottle for cleaning baby's poo? I never thought of this idea, it is great!
