I rem last time Cairnhill CC do have aqua class conducted in a pool at the top floor of Far East Square. Attended before. Class size abt 15 peeps. Not all are preg. You can check if still have now. Less than $100 to sign up.

Hi all I have taken the aqua aerobics classes at KKH before. I quite like it - very relaxing! If u are thinking of doing some exercises whilst pregnant, I think this will be a good option (or pre natal yoga) compared to other high impact exercises. One thing bad is that there are only 4 lessons!

Hi Mummy,

Just read this article no longer before, think twice before you go to pool aerobics.

The article says that based on the studies conducted in London, pregnant ladies who swim a lot, will expose their bb to the chlorine chemical in swimming pool water. This will increase the risk of bb having low immune system or getting allergies. Cases of asthma, hay fever and eczema and other allergies are 5 times more than 50 yrs ago. They susppected that this got to do with the chemcials that we are exposed to in our daily life that affected the bb growth.
