yah dulu belum ada anak i rajin prepare and masak low fat low carb foods. the reason being when i was in uni in Aust i put on quite a lot of weight too. then when i came back to s'pore i made an effort to lose weight lah. so dah jadi biasa to just cook these healthy foods for myself. wow, you lost weight in UK! i terbalik pulak, go overseas to study put on weight! hee...
for me now my target weight is 43kg lah, so that means i need to lose ard 10kg...haiz...
