actually kan, kesian talent talent kat Singapore ni. There's no where for them to go... menang the competition then most to most nyanyi kat hari raye show (which is so boring and predictable.. its more for the sponsors to parade the cloths). Then they will just disappear into obscurity.

i know that fauzi laily boy from his back-up singing days.. i thot he can sing.. he surely is a familiar face in back up singing for concerts

my dad said he bought the R from pharmacy in Perling Mall, it's just next to the Mac's. he said the staff there very friendly.

thanks. maybe kalau nk beli lagi can go there next time cos much cheaper. mine was 95RM/strip of 14. My weight at the moment dah turun 1/2kg after makan R for 3 days. I still eat when hungry which is twice a day. Although they said AI'll feel full, i don't. I can eat but consciously I cut down on my food. Like that day, i makan kat Eatzi, i had salmon and chicken grill with vege and itu dah last me the whole night sampai next day's lunch. Dinner pun i share ngan my hb beef hor fun. At the end of the week i will weigh again...Nak kene record lah..every 2 to 3 days. What u think?

Klah tgh rajin nk masak so today's menu is sotong masak hitam, petai with sambal belacan (my hb tgh craving) and sup peria with su'un.

Lepas masak baru blh fetch my dd from my MIL.

Yah, every few days need to check your weight. But don't let that be your only gauge. You look at your clothes also. If you are losing weight, you can fell your clothes get looser and even can fit back some of your old clothes, altho you may not be losing weight.

i heard the side effects of R not so bad. maybe got slight insomnia, constantly feel thirsty and for some increase in blood pressure.

yes i like Taman Sutera, v. quiet and peaceful, got privacy also. when we go and stay at my parents place for the weekend, v relaxing. my dd also very enjoys it! hee...

i have not started the R, my dad just passed it to me today. so i think i start tomorow lah.

i heard docs always prescribe you with the 10mg one 1st, then monitor to see if it's working. if aft some time not working then he/she will increase to higher dosage. so i think it's safer to just buy the 10mg one. anyway i am small-sized so i think it's better that i take the smaller dosage one.

ok ladies, i am going out now, today is my date night with hubby, nak pergi tengok Spiderman - dapat free tickets!

My self got four kids age 8yrs(girl),Boy(K1),Girl(Nursery)4yrs & last 19 mths(girl).
End of last yr resign no one to look after all my kids used to hv maid but beat up my kid,broke
most of my household things and even stealing.Phobia getting maid rather look after myself.Staying at Admiralty..

U all got any hmbased job?After sending all my kids afternoon session boring pulak....

My girls are so calm, quite easy to manage. Tantrums pun tak teruk sangat. My boys pulak...alamak, completely different case altogether. Kadang-kadang tu, pening betul! They are so so active, lepas tu now Terrible Twos times 2 pulak...way teruk than usual. Really boleh jadi gila sometimes I tell you!

Boys will always be boys...My princess kat rumah, pasal dah surrounded by knights (cos all her cousins are boys), haiz..apa lagi, tocang pun naik. But on the whole, relatively easier and less whiny. Yang mat tu pulak...lain hal. Manja tak pasal2. Sometimes bingit but must always learn and tell myself to remain cool. Otherwise bukan anak yang go to the corner (for timeout), mak dia yang end up there..lol

I think my 'mabuk' period will be over during school vacation. Maybe in the 2nd or 3rd week of June. Will join you guys again then lah (kalau ada opportunity).

Smart Driver can be both for anak and mak/bapak budak. Datuk and nenek budak pun boleh. Challenging. Single Plank Bridge pun fun. Just let me know if you intend to get them cos they are really dirt cheap. I saw Mustafa selling the ABC game for about $19 thereabouts.

Some kids have their talents in other areas. Maybe tak pandai sangat in conversational skills sekarang. Mana tau nanti boleh menang oratorical competition...Susah nak cakap. Relaks and doa banyak2.

Sharena, I was a teacher. Dah resign last July. Starting a new job this June.

Zinnia, Dr Jazlan's fees are ok to me. When I saw him, he was a registrar. Tak tau dah naik pangkat ke blom. First time appointment w/o anything else is 50+ tak silap. Subsequent visits 30+. Kalau dah campur routine tests and others +++ lagi.

Mummies who are taking oral contraceptive, can recommend me which brand you are using. I'm thinking of it pasal I already have two now. IUD and injections scare me lah. Hopefully there'll be no side effects whatsoever.

masa i under dr jazlan, wic was abt 6mth++ ago...hes not in registrar lagi...my first appt $100+, subsequently $30+-$40++...every visit. for birth, its up to u if u want him as the birth doc lah n see wat class u take...b1 n above for chosen doc.. kalau ada scan scan tu semua biasa ah ada ++ lagi...

my dad bought from Perling Mall, it's 178RM for 28 pcs (10mg) so that comes up to abt S$80. i'm not too sure if can just grab fr the shelves or ask the pharmacist for it. i will be starting tomorrow, hopefully it works for me and i have the discipline lah.

eversince i became a SAHM, i never really watch what i eat, cause no time to cook for myself healthy foods, so i just grab and eat whatever is convenient. last time with no children rajin i prepare healthy low fat, low carb foods for myself, that's why my weight can maintain at 43kg for many yrs. and i used to exercise at home too, at least 3-5x/wk. now with my dd ard no time to exercise! and then since i had a maid i never do any housework anymore, so i hardly move ard at home, except when i play with my dd, so the weight seems to be slowly crawling in/on...

to the new mums here, WELCOME!!

urs is really cheap lah cos like i told u , i bought mine at RM190.. but even then it's still cheaper than in S'pore. And btw, u sanggup eh prepare low fat, low carb meals. Dulu masa uni kat UK, I malas nk masak so asyik mkn sandwich but dinner my housemates and I did take turns to cook jugak lah but it was there that i really shed my kilos. For me, at 65kg, I already look mcm org sakit..cengkung. Skrg ni at 72kg (as of last night), I'm hoping to reach 65kg again.. hopefully!

Pasal contraceptive tu, my fren ada pakai this metal wire that's inserted into the arm. It can last for 3 yrs. She had no side effects, no weight gain lah like some others. And soon after she took it off to try for another child, she got pregnant abt a mth after that! Efficient. Kalau pills kan take a long time to get preggie..

I dgr some gynae very good. Sometime they dnt charge for the scanning. But too bad, all gynae yg i dgr semua not from KKH.

nora I also takut nak sunatkan my son. That time after gave birth thought nak buat but this lil fellow got prob adjusting then. My hubby tak nak stress some more... FYI KKH only take P1 kids to sunat & charges ard $700 plus. I was told by my PD that better to sunat kan ard 5-6 years old gitu.. after 7mths not advisable. Told my hubby if can tunggu till my son nak kahwin baru laa ask him to sunnat sendiri.. at least he daa besar can tahu tahan sakit... boleh gitu.. lol coz now I tak sampai hati nak put him through the pain & the process of sunnat I watch kat internet so eeeeekkkk.....

I was recommended by my mom to go to Dr Irene Chua cos she has less patients than Dr Adelina Wong but when i'm 6 months preggie Dr Irene has to go overseas for a few months, hence I switch to Dr Adelina Wong. I'm impressed with both gynaes. Dr Adelina was very good during my labour. very calm and gentle. Highly recommended.

nowadays, the sunat procedure very easy. can wear diapers while it's still healing. My son's one healed nicely within 1-2 days. And he felt discomfort only that 1 night. After we gave him the painkiller, he was all right.They have this plastic ring to protect the exposed part. You can consider doing it now!
