Athlete... really ah...Pisces eh.. ok i will take note. Tapi doc that time that it will either be 28th Feb or 8th Mar. So should i start my maternity within this week.. or tunggu sampai nak meletup.

Tu lah.. better i take 1 week early to rest and prepare myself. Clear everthing at work and handover to my colleague. Takut nanti i kerja sampai last min nak beranak, byk benda tergantung plak. Sibuk aku nak beranak, sibuk dorang calling-calling tanyer pasal kerja plak..
 
Athlete, kalau you rasa macam nak sakit kepala..practice this method. Headaches and Migraines are an avid fan of mine.. so i learned this trick. Alhamdullilah, dah 2 minggu i'm CLEAN of panadol.. heheh

For headaches - Close your right nostril and breathe thru the left side for 5 min. Insyaallah, it will lighten or get rid of the headaches.

For tiredness - Close your left nostril and breathe thru the right side for 5 min. Insyaallah it will make you feel fresher. Some stretching will help too.

hi bonda wati!! wow u're pregnant with a boy congratulations!!! which gynae and hospital have u chosen?? i still havent chosen my gynae yet.. i've been going to my family doctor for scans..

anyway i'm 25, living in woodlands, i'm 10 weeks pregnant and feeling all the nausea bleagh... right now i'm a housewife and teaching tuition just to fill up my afternoons... mornings are all about housework and cooking heehee...

and everyone talking about roti boyan makes me wanna have some!!!
