Athlete, kalau you rasa macam nak sakit kepala..practice this method. Headaches and Migraines are an avid fan of mine.. so i learned this trick. Alhamdullilah, dah 2 minggu i'm CLEAN of panadol.. heheh
For headaches - Close your right nostril and breathe thru the left side for 5 min. Insyaallah, it will lighten or get rid of the headaches.
For tiredness - Close your left nostril and breathe thru the right side for 5 min. Insyaallah it will make you feel fresher. Some stretching will help too.
