so i tuang chincalok ajerlah...

i made taupok sumbat...
just chix breast, carrot, mushroom sumbat dlm taupok & celup tepung, & goreng...

the mushroom best to use shitake...
but i just use button mushroom... tu jer yg ada dlm cabinet...

yes.. the taupok yg dah goreng yg square tu...

the inti, i just campak2...
stir fry garlic, onions, halia..
add a bit oyster sauce, seasonings, etc...
add chicken breast yg dah slice/minced.
add carrot, shitake mushroom, mixed veg, etc...
gaul rata.

taupok, belah 2. (triangle)
make a slit. masukkan inti.

celup dlm tepung. (plain flour, cornflour, water)
goreng... (mcm pisang goreng)

dah... takyah lama2... cos all dah masak. stakat garingkan tepung jer...
if u got tepung tempura, better still...
 
Slurp... sedapnya.. aku pun nak try lah this recipe for the weekend.. I think should taste great with cili sauce or fried wanton sauce kan...

dulu i made steamed tahu.
the ingredients sama.
cuma i slice the tahu lembik into 2 sideways, put the bahan2 on top and steam.
quite syiok also.

lately, i've become so inspired to cook.
cos dah takde bibik.
so the past few weekends, it's all systems go in the kitchen.

k, lah, nak balik.
harap jumpa di sini pada waktu yg sama esok.

Shitake Mushroom = $1.60
Carrot = $0.50
 
The best is to eat it while it's hot !!! Make sure the coating of tepung it not too thick. Kalau tak muak. Just coat it nicely to make it crispy dah cukup...
 
I think recipe nie senang untuk buat even if the guests bilang korang last min. Provided ada bahan lah kan..

Lina... tepung tu mcm untuk celup2 jer.. cos smlm aku buat 2 batch. 1st batch cair tapi bila dah goreng just nice.. Then i tambah tepung kasi pekat mcm tepung goreng pisang, then too thick.. makan 2 terus muak.. Nie tekak masing.. i prefer the thin batter.. dpt menikmati rasa bahan2..

chicken breast. cut strips.
thickened cream. beat & set aside. -bulla
plain flour+garlic salt+cayenne pepper+cajun spice

coat chicken breast with flour mixture.
dip in thickened cream.
coat again in flour mixture.
deep fry.

tu mix tepung kan.... plain flour & spices...
u coat chicken wings with d mixed flour.
den simpan dlm fridge for at least 4hours or overnite better...
panaskan minyak, goreng chicken.

the bulla chicken tak use sourcream
but use Bulla cream and hence the name

recipe ... hmmmm let me try to recall
but basically marinate the chic breast in spices
the dip in bulla cream and GORRRIINGGGG....

bec kemarin i passing recipe to notty sekali cam ade yg kurang .. hehehheheh

ah nora...i did on the boneless fish...minus the cream pon sodap...

kalau bab masak paling malas...im the one...
nak masak cepat...tapi nak sedap ihhiihihi
