for 1kg daging ayam
1 sudu makan ketumbar, jintan kasar, jintan halus,
serai 2 batang,
lada hidup 2 batang,
bawang kecil 4 ulas,
bawang putih 4 ulas,
kunyit hidup 2 inci (kalau takder just pakai serbuk 2 sudu)
lengkuas 2 inci
kicap manis ~ 4 sudu besau
gula - 12 sudu besau (lagi lebih kalau suka manis)
garam - 1 sudu kecil

blend everything, gaul rata dan perap at least 3-4 hours, best is overnight.
goreng dgn minyak (4 sudu) sampai air ayam meresap.

yup Nora.. aku nie masa dulu carik kerja pun ada bodoh sikit. My last pay was only $1800, then bila aku carik kerja kat sini, they pay me $1700 and i accept. According to my fren, i shld asked for 30% more then the last pay.

Dah 3 tahun gaji tak naik, then this company is under chinese brothers.. Sumer directors is adik-beradik, kalau bukan adik-beradik, they are all related... and all the bosses telinga tipis. They believe 1st hand story. All same pattern. Shout and scold first then once the truth is out, they cant be bothered to say sorry. Company nie tgk kulit. Company besar mcm gini, melayu ada 8 orang ajer.. Padahal total ada 500.

I was thinking of the same thing. Should i quit after maternity ? Just come back for 1 month and then tender and give 1 mth notice ? Becos the reason i was employed was bcos the girl before me quitted.
